Description Medasun’s Marena Caress™ High Coverage Pocketed Bra is a compression bra designed for post-surgical acute recovery, following mastectomy and breast reconstruction procedures. This Caress B16-11 pocketed bra provides ladies with comfortable support  with a bra manufactured from patented  TriFlex™ fabric. This specially designed fabric maintains consistent compression when stretched to avoid  the bra feeling too tight and improves patient compliance when wearing 24/7 during the healing process. The Triflex material is soft and feels like a second skin, it is breathable and anti-microbial with Silvadur protection. For additional comfort,  the  full coverage  bra features adjustable padded hook-and-eye shoulder closures, and a fully adjustable  3-row hook-and-eye front closure, enabling the patient to self adjust the bra for improved comfort. A semi-longline extended  length of the Triflex material underneath the cups of the Caress B16-11 protects the the infra-mammary fold area post-surgery  and targets swelling and irritation in this area with compression. The bra has a soft, elastic bottom band.  The Caress full coverage  bra is designed  with FlexFit™  pocketed cups.  These cups enable the bra to integrate 2 cup sizes into one bra. In the case of mastectomy patients, if they require a prosthesis or tissue expander,  the double cup size facility enables the  bra to accommodate breast volume variation for different sizes in prosthesis and also in tissue expander volumes. The bra has high coverage under the arms , back and front, giving the patient full support and comfort to help them heal following their procedure.  This bra comes with  integrated sunrise puffs (softies)  on both sides of the bra. The sunrise puffs (softies) feature a nylon outward facing material and a triflex ( skin-facing) material filled with polyester.
